Gentle support for how your dog feels.
Bach Flower Therapy is a gentle system of flower essences created to support emotional balance: for the fears, worries and upsets that quietly shape how your dog moves through the world. In a consult with Dr. Kanika Sabharwal, your dog's emotional picture is met with a personalised blend chosen to bring calm and comfort.
Because wellbeing begins with how they feel.
Developed by Dr. Edward Bach, Bach Flower Therapy is a system of gentle flower essences that focus on emotional states rather than physical symptoms: feelings such as fear, grief, nervousness and unease.
The idea is simple and tender. When we ease the emotional strain a dog is carrying, we help them feel more settled, more themselves, and more at home in daily life. The essences are gentle and non-sedating, chosen to support emotional balance rather than to force it.
Because dogs feel deeply but cannot tell us what troubles them, a blend is chosen by reading their behaviour, their triggers and their story, with care.
Your consult is with Dr. Kanika Sabharwal.
You'll work directly with Dr. Kanika Sabharwal, M.D. (Hom) (Paeds), BHMS, a homeopathic physician with more than a decade of clinical experience and a Gold Medallist at her MD entrance exams. She is an Associate Professor at her alma mater and practises across respected clinics and hospitals in Mumbai.
Dr. Kanika practises classical homeopathy with a deeply holistic, individualised approach, and integrates Bach Flower Therapy, the emotional-wellbeing system created by Dr. Edward Bach, into her work. Alongside caring for women and children, she brings gentle, holistic care to pets, so your dog's emotional wellbeing is in experienced, compassionate hands.
- Share your dog's emotional picture. Before you meet, you tell the story: your dog's behaviour, triggers, history and the feelings you sense they're carrying.
- Meet with Dr. Kanika. In an unhurried consult, she reads your dog's emotional state and talks through what you're seeing, with warmth and care.
- Your dog's personalised blend. Dr. Kanika selects a tailored combination of flower essences, chosen for your dog's particular emotional needs, along with simple guidance on how to give it.
- Gentle follow-up. Emotional shifts unfold softly over days and weeks. You check in, review what's changing, and the blend is adjusted as your dog settles.

Does this replace my vet?
No. Bach Flower Therapy is gentle, complementary support for emotional wellbeing. It works alongside veterinary care, never instead of it. Diagnosis, medication and any acute or physical concern always belong with your vet.
Is it safe and gentle?
Yes. The essences are gentle and non-sedating, chosen to support emotional balance without changing your dog's personality. Dr. Kanika will guide you on exactly how to give the blend.
How is the blend given?
Simply and easily, usually a few drops as directed, added to water or food or given on a treat. No fuss, no drama, just a small daily ritual.
How soon might we notice a change?
Emotional shifts are gentle and cumulative. Many pet parents notice their dog settling more easily over days to a few weeks, which is why a follow-up is part of the process.
Emotional wellbeing, gently supported.
For the fearful, the grieving and the anxious, and every dog who deserves to feel a little more at peace.
